Following these meetings, the minutes will be forwarded to Senior Management (the content of which you will have approved beforehand) who will reply within two months.
The proceedings of these meetings are strictly anonymous, meaning that the organisers are bound by confidentiality and the minutes will not include any names.
Each group will be made up according to campus (Reims - Paris - Rouen) and work units (non-managerial administrative staff, managerial administrative staff, teaching staff), with a maximum of 40 people per group.
For the Rouen campus, the discussion groups will be chaired by Denis Gallot. Flora Davoult will act as secretary.
